FAQ
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH FACIAL IS RIGHT FOR ME?
If it is your first time and you're not sure where to start, a great place is the Skin Consultation. This service allows time for us to meet and discuss your skincare goals and how we will help you achieve said goals. If you're ready to start, the Custom Facial is the next best step.
CAN I GET A FACIAL HAVING SENSITIVE SKIN?
All skin types can receive facial treatment, including sensitive skin. Sensitive skin especially wants to have consultation prior to treatment to discuss any limitations, allergies, etc. prior to treatment.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE A WAX?
Before any wax service, you want to stop using ALL chemical exfoliants 48 hours prior to your appointment. You may gently exfoliate the day before your appointment. Arrive with clean skin so that the removal process is as painless as possible. If you have a low pain tolerance or sensitive skin, you may take an Ibuprofen or Tylenol 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Drink plenty water as hydrated skin tolerates hair removal better.
WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS DO YOU USE FOR FACIALS?
Elite Esthetics primarily uses Skin Script RX for majority of facial services. Skin Script offers an array of products that cater to all skin types and concerns as well as vegan friendly products. We also use products from Dermalogica, Rayalabs, PCA, and more. If you have allergies or sensitivities, patch testing may be done.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I BE RECEIVING A FACIAL?
We recommend professional facial treatment once every 4-6 weeks. Facials are like workouts for your skin. With time, your skin becomes more resilient. With each facial treatment, we work to reverse signs of maturing.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE A FACIAL?
Before any facial treatment, avoid exfoliating your skin, picking at blemishes and cease all use of products that contain Retinol, or other acids such as glycolic, salicylic, lactic, etc.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER A FACIAL?
After any facial treatment, you will notice immediate results. Your skin’s texture, tone and appearance will improve. You may also experience purging. Purging occurs after deep exfoliation. Purging may present itself in breakouts that will minimize over the next few days as all toxins are brought to the surface with the use of your products purchased for at home use.
Following your facial, avoid wearing makeup or working out for 24 hours. If you received a peel, it is strongly advised to avoid exfoliating for 5-7 days using scrubs, masks, cleansing brushes and do not touch your face.

CAN I GET WAXED ON MY CYCLE?
YES! Waxing while on your cycle is an option but it's mainly about your comfortability. Being on your cycle can increase the level of sensitivity so be cautious. If you do choose to wax while flowing, be sure to freshen up and insert a new tampon immediately before the service. (Wipes are provided in the bathroom.) If you are not comfortable and would like to reschedule, text 731-437-9941 with FIRST + LAST name and let me know. We can reschedule for when you're in the clear again.
POLICIES
NO REFUNDS
After services have been rendered, there are absolutely no refunds of any kind. If you have any issues or concerns post service, please contact the service provider immediately.
If for any reason the service cannot be completed, the service provider will accommodate accordingly.
RUNNING LATE
There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments. Anything past 10 minutes is considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
If you are running late, please text or call 731-437-9941 to ensure you can still be accommodated. While we would love to honor your appointment, it's unfair to the next client to cut into their scheduled appointment.
RESCHEDULING
We understand how things can come up, and we will accommodate to the best of our ability, however rescheduling more than two times back to back will result in a forfeited deposit and cancelled appointment. You will be subject to paying a new deposit for a new appointment.
All appointments being rescheduled have a 14-day grace period from the original date to be completed. Once the 14-day grace period has passed, the appointment will be cancelled. You will need to schedule a new appointment which includes a new deposit.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
Late Cancellations will result in a forfeit of deposit. You will be subject to paying a new deposit to get a new appointment.
At the owners discretion, an appointment may be rescheduled without consequence.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
No call no shows will result in a charge to the card on file of up to 50% of the remaining balance.
If the card does not process, you will be subject to paying the fee before being allowed to return.
If you no-show for a second time, you will be banned from ever booking with Elite Esthetics.
CLEANLINESS
For intimate waxing, we are kindly asking that you shower or freshen up to the best of your ability.
Although this is not a policy, it is a simple request and common courtesy. We'd like to offer you a thorough service, but if there is any excessive or foul debris/odor, the service will denied and you will be subjected to paying the full amount of the service.
GUESTS AND KIDS
No guests or kids are allowed with you during your service.
SICK (COVID-19) POLICIES
